the food was very nice, but it took ages to get it. Staff was not really coping well trying to handle a half filled terrace.

Dear Dirk, we apologize for the delay in taking orders. Some of our people are new on the job and we are aware they need to learn about how to take good care of our customers. We are very happy you enjoyed your food however, and will be glad to welcome you another time ✌️.
