After visiting the musaba we looked for a good place to eat, the most convincing reviews were those on "la locanda degli ulivi". The telephone approach was promising and we set out following their advice on the best route. Arriving at the "inn" we immediately noticed the cleanliness and attention to every detail, in the bathroom there were disposable terry towels, a gem now forgotten even by starred establishments. The kindness and courtesy of the owners crowned all this, and the menu presented the right variety of choice. Each of us asked for very different dishes, despite this, everything arrived in the right time and a sensorial journey began that thrilled us. There were many culinary peculiarities present and the staff satisfied our every curiosity about the origin and methods of production and preparation of the dishes.
