I was surprised there weren't more people in here. I know most people don't go to Malta to eat oriental food, but this was probably the best meal we had in Mdina/Rabat. Good food is good food, no matter the location. We ordered rice, sweet and sour pork, mixed noodles (with chicken, beef, and shrimp), and also ordered some dumplings. It was all delicious, and more quantity than 3 people could eat. The cost was very fair compared to the quantity and quality of the food. Service was very polite and attentive, but not overbearing. We had a few questions about the food that he answered clearly. Lastly, you might not get the terrace views that some other nearby restaurants have, but this place has actual AC and it was such a rejuvenating reprieve, that we had the energy to do more sightseeing in the heat. There is some problem with understanding the order correctly, we asked to take away hot and sour soup 2x, checked and confirmed by staff and finally get some peas soups... Price per person: €10–15

The place looks lovely and it's great when you want to get away from the summer heat. Unfortunately they don't have a terrace, so there are fewer customers. However, the food is pretty tasty. They don't use strong spices and it feels like the food is made with quality ingredients, and cooked in a healthier manner, without too much oil like other Asian restaurants tend to do. We especially enjoyed the soups. Even though they are a bit on the expensive side, the portions are rather small. However, they're also very tasty. The service is okay without impressing in any way. Price per person: €25–30
