The take-away pizzeria La Rosa Blu in Mamminatico is a hidden jewel in the heart of this town. Family-run, it offers an authentic experience and excellent takeaway pizza. The place is small in size, typical of take-away pizzerias, with a counter and a cash register. Additionally, there is a small refrigerator and another counter with 2 or 3 seats for those who wish to enjoy pizza on the spot. I particularly appreciated the air conditioning, which made waiting pleasant even on hot days. Outside, there are some tables available for those who prefer to eat their pizza outdoors. My choice always falls on the pulled pizza, and I must say that I was extremely satisfied. The ingredients used are of excellent quality, which is reflected in the authentic and tasty flavor of the pizza. Plus, the dough is remarkably light and well-risen, making every bite an enjoyable experience. It's the only pizza in Reggio Emilia that I can finish completely, because it's simply delicious. The pizzeria staff is courteous and always available to provide advice and suggestions on the different varieties of pizza available. The atmosphere is informal and welcoming, and you can sense the love and passion that the family puts into preparing each pizza. In conclusion, La Rosa Blu is a takeaway pizzeria that offers an authentic experience and high quality pizza.
