Truly outstanding in every respect. This was the most memorable meal on a month-long trip to Paris (disappointing 2-star experience) & Italy. Our greeting was warm & genteel. I sat outside with my wife, where we enjoyed a stunning view of Rome's rooftops as well as St. Peters'. Started with a bottle of prosecco & A Walk in the Woods. This dish is heavenly; a mixture of wild mushrooms, carrots, and sauces so beautifully presented I had to stop & admire it or several minutes. My wife had this incredibly colored blueberry risotto with smoked carrots. Amazing! The flavors subtly working together to astonish us.
After that, we ate & drank the warm evening away. It was delightful & I recommend it absolutely.

Lovely dinner on the terrace of the hotel. The tasting menu choices were great - in fact, almost too much food. Note this is completely vegetarian, but you do not need to be a vegetarian to enjoy the flavors and culinary skills.
