You should know that we sell hundreds of thousands of capsules every month, in over 40 stores in Italy and in our online shop. And as you can see from the reviews of the various points of sale (including this one in Reggio Emilia) we have no negative feedback, on the contrary... Obviously some small problems can happen when talking about such large productions. You should also know that all the capsules are packaged through an automatic process and are weighed and counted through a laser photocell in our roasting plant. So, as I was telling you, some errors can happen... but 50% of capsules not present in the bags seems really high to me. This has never happened to us in all these years. Unfortunately, however, machines can also make mistakes and production anomalies can occur.
