The experience starts with the mesmerizing smell of cooking from the door and continues to one of the best kushari dishes I have eaten in Egypt. Root's agenda combines slow cooking alongside traditional and innovative techniques and a wonderful combination of flavors. It is highly recommended!

Sweetest Kushary ever. I recommend it to anyone who goes to Dahab. The staff there is very friendly. Delicious, light, budget friendly & fulfilling physically and spiritually.
