First of all, I was quite happy with the fast delivery. Most of the food was still frozen.
The problem with this shop appeared some time later, when I found out that one of the products - the chicken wings were spoiled. The strong foul putrid smell filled my kitchen the moment I opened the wrapping. While the content was still frozen.
That was strange and I wanted to clarify the circumstance with kosher4u. So I wrote kindly a question to the support how this could happen. Still under the positive impression after the fast delivery and mostly tasty other products.
Yet the response from them shocked me. They obviously didn't care about my ugly experience, they didn't care to explain how this happened and whether this is an exception or a general case. The only thing they cared about was to tell me that they don't give refunds. Honestly I didn't care about the refunds, I didn't ask for refunds, I just wanted to be sure I won't get a spoiled product from them in the future.
So I wrote to them again. Explaining that if a frozen product arrives spoiled, it was spoiled before shipping. It had nothing to do with the travel time. So, I wanted to understand how comes that they have spoiled meat in their warehouse and whether I can rely upon never getting a similar experience.
I received no answer.
So, my disappointment with the shop is endless and I would not recommend to order there. Ever.
