The food and prices are okay, but unaccaptable online-ordering. Ordered through their website, added all my details and email and phone, after 40 minutes - nothing. I call them, they say they don't have the specific burger I ordered. I'm mad because no one informed me about this so it was a waste of 40 minutes. He then re-enters a new order with a new burger and I still wait 30 minutes. I call them again, he says it'll be there in 10 minutes and by that time I didn't even care about the food. When it arrived, the chicken burger was cold and the cheddar toast was dry and uneatable (hint - avoid this toast). They were also a part of the Street Food Festival in Stip, the guy accepting the orders was saying 10-15 minutes for a doner, but this ended up 45-60 minutes. Many, many were pissed and some took their money back. Just a tip - it's okay to be honest and say the actual amount of time it'll take to make your food. They are trying so hard to be good (which is fine), their marketing is decent, the food is again fairly priced and mostly fine, but they need time and the right people to work with. The free-delivery needs tons of improvements. Also many of the items from the menu are not available, at least in my experience. 2.5/5 right now, has potential but it needs to step it up.
