I was very disappointed with the service at the Kebab Inn restaurant in North Town on Sunday between 8-9pm. The woman who was working at the time refused to serve us because we didn't press the call button, even though she saw that we had been waiting for about half an hour. When asked why they don't serve, they said they don't have to until we press the button. She was obviously angry and irritable, and communication in Lithuanian was difficult. A very unpleasant and depressing experience. Service: 1
