Karvan Asya Sofrasi - Istanbul An authentic Uyghur Cuisine. A warm and memorable dining experience. The staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming, even with the language barriers, and their hospitality added to the charm of the visit. The food was fresh, flavourful, and traditionally prepared, every dish tasted like it was made with care. A great spot for anyone wanting to explore real Uyghur cuisine in Istanbul. I have been repurchasing this restaurant since years ago-even before the renovation. But recently, i really dissapoint because there is no improvement or I can say the quality has been worsen. The food is getting bland rather than 2 years ago but it is still acceptable. If I mention about the services, don't ever think you will get a proper one. Especially if you are a foreigner. I thought that they can improve like for the service since they ever done renovation previously. I trully feel dissapointed since it was my comfort food (well the taste of food and the quality also not worth it now). Hoping no one get into the star-trap in general because they use the marketing strategy to maintain the star review. If you pick 2 menu for example; the cost will be around 500tl/person and so on Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₺200–400 Food: 1 Atmosphere: 1
