Now the room and stairs are clean and sanitary. I have all the songs I want to sing. The service guy is also very good. Last time I left my phone behind, the cleaning guy caught up with us and returned it in time. Thank you. Price per person: €1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

They lied to us and said the price was 2,50€ and then we paid 5€ and lied to us. DONT COME TO THIS PLACE!!! The lady even yelled at us when we all heard it and all the other costumers did too. They are liars and robbers Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

After a first attempt in the public hall, months later I tried the experience of singing in the same room with random people. The idea itself is very good and if you arrive early (before midnight), you can enjoy a good karaoke, because it is easy to get along with other people. However, after midnight, the spell is broken and trouble arrives: people drunk and smoking in the club (in addition to the very annoying IQOS, there are people who smoke normal cigarettes, dangerous in a closed environment) and pure anarchy in the order of playlist (anyone can change it, the problem is that someone takes advantage of it by rearranging the order or even deleting songs). The situation is aggravated by a poorly designed and even worse functioning song selection terminal, which more than once leads to mistakes in selecting songs or which, for unknown reasons, can no longer connect to the Internet, activating the terrible mode auto-skip. This rightly causes frustration, because people don't understand the technical problems and it generates bad temper with the unfortunate person at the console who is not to blame. In short, the feeling in the late evening is always one of constant anger, tempered or aggravated, you name it, by the revelry and the absurd crowd, seasoned with random shouts into the microphones. I can't comment on the private rooms (but I would like to say that the price seems high to me), but in the public rooms the only thing that stands out is the kindness of the staff in solving technical problems (it's interesting that they have several songs ready on the stick , very 2000s) and maybe the bathroom. For the rest, for €17, not even the drink is saved, rather mediocre. It could be a positive experience if it were regulated by a console attendant, who is otherwise extremely playful and loud, who may or may not like it. Price per person: €10–20 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
