Magda Loubser vor 5 Monate auf Google

I was charged R220 for my order, but the slip provided reflects only R169. When I questioned this, I was told I received everything I paid for. I insisted on a correct receipt, and was then given an unacceptable explanation that a previous refund was “balanced” against my order. I paid in cash and expect accurate billing and proper documentation. This practice is completely unacceptable. In addition, my order was incomplete, the mash had no gravy. This is now the third time I’ve had issues with missing items from KFC Sabie, and on the previous two occasions I had to drive back to the store. I also lodged a complaint and was referred to the Sabie branch, but the issue remains unresolved. I will be escalating this matter further, as this level of service and handling of transactions is unacceptable. Price per person: R 200–300
