It's a central station, so in a way the poor service is understandable Yet we ordered kids meals, with ice cream, those should with some kid of a toy. They were out of toys and the ice-cream machine wasn't working or out of ice cream... No warning during the order procces, that was frustrating for the kids to find out, only when the food arrived... As for the ice cream that was unacceptable, they didn't offer a replacement product and just indeed not to serve it. When I claimed we paid for it... The person behind the counter gave me a look as if I fell out of the sky, evantuly giving me back 2 euro along with a very annoyed explanation. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: €10–20 Food: 5 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2
