Dear KFC Umtata CBD Management, I’m writing this as a regular customer who buys KFC around three to four times a week. I truly enjoy your food and service, but I have to raise a concern about the air conditioning at your store. The aircon hasn’t been working properly, especially at night, and it gets extremely cold inside. It’s uncomfortable to sit and eat when the environment feels colder than outside. It’s difficult to enjoy the meal under such conditions. Please look into fixing this as soon as possible. Your store is a go-to for many of us, and it would really improve the experience for customers like myself who support you often. Thank you! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 2
