I was at KFC Mall of Africa, and they told me they only do dunked wings. Think you should advertise the service/ product that you provide. The branch manager didn't even bother to come out and apologize.

Maybe don't wait till you are completely out of chicken to make another batch. It's called fast food for a reason. If I wanted to wait 30 min my order I would have gone to one of the restaurants upstairs

Food was what is expected from a kfc. This one is in the food court and is as popular as always, so your in for a bit a wait once you have ordered. Seating is provided in the food court. The tables and floor are very sticky and dirty, they don't seem to be cleaned often. Around the KFC there was a lot of messed food which wasn't cleaned up.
