Theft is an issue at this store. In the last 6 interactions at this store either with Uber eats or the drive thru we have had an item missing from every order. I could understand one item missing from one of the 6 orders but 1 item from every order seems like theft! I feel so sorry for the Uber eats drivers who don’t want to collect orders from this store as they know there is always a compliant and this affects their tips. When you call the store I have never ever spoken to a manager not sure they even have one as I am still waiting for the manager to return my multiple calls. Maybe when the cow jumps over the moon I will get a call ! I am curious does YUM foods teach their staff to steal customers foods to increase their bottom line or do the staff steal as their is no management ever at this store! Just a question are you going to continue to steal from your customers so I know to order from a legitimate franchise whom want to keep their customers happy? Let’s see if I get a response !

The sliders did not have tomatoes, they were poorly prepared with only lettuce and an underdone piece of chicken breast. The 1 piece of drumstick they gave me was not well done. It smelt of raw chicken. The food was horrible. I had to throw away the pack as I had left the shop

All staffs super friendly, I enjoy coffee and ice cream and lunch box in KFC, thank you all guys!
