I took longer to place my order than to eat it. The gentleman helping us at the counter had no clue what we were ordering, he had to keep referring to the menu on the wall and took forever to figure out what to punch into the till.
I've been to this Kauai a handful of times, and every time service is below average. It's always either staff issues or it takes forever to receive our orders. Food level is decent though. But I reckon at some point it won't be enough anymore.
The branch itself isn't new and requires some work too. But the staff remain upbeat and continue to serve happily. I had an Acia-me smoothie which was perfectly good and refreshing.
Not liking this location for a brand like Kauai.
