Was not helpful 16H45 with an emergency repair on my motorbike tyre and said they cannot help me and had to get someone to load my bike. Could not ride 38km to my house due to unwillingness to help in the emergency repair.

Rudie, we do not offer roadside assistance at all. As explained we could assist with a contact to collect your bike and assist in store and we were prepared to wait for you. If we had the means to do roadside assistance we would have assisted.
