Decent ramen, but nothing to go out of your way to try. The ratio of broth to fillings leans heavily towards fillings. When my fiance and I ordered two bowls the eggs were undercooked and we had to take them out, and for personal taste the noodles are rather thin and the tantan was very “oniony” in taste which stood out and not nessecarily in a good way. The best ramen in Denmark! I opted for the vegan one this time, and still it was better than most non-vegan ramens I tried! Meal type: Dinner Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Vegetarian options: If you are very strict about being vegan/vegetarian, double-check for dashi. The "vegan" ramen I got was on dashi broth, and dashi uses some fermented tuna.
