Absolutely ridiculous. This place is the definition of poor management and zero communication. No one answers the phone, and there’s no proper signage anywhere. You have no idea where the entrance is unless you dig through Google reviews like you’re solving a mystery. And the best part? The restaurant has been closed for weeks—with no notice on Google, social media, or even a piece of paper on the door. You actually have to ask random locals just to find out it’s not even open anymore. I wasted my time and energy walking under the blazing sun just to reach a place that couldn’t be bothered to update anything. If you can’t handle basic communication, maybe don’t run a business at all. Total waste of time. Absolut lächerlich. Dieses Restaurant ist das Paradebeispiel für miserables Management und null Kommunikation. Keiner geht ans Telefon und es gibt keinerlei erkennbare Beschilderung. Ohne stundenlang Rezensionen auf Google zu durchforsten, hat man keine Ahnung, wo überhaupt der Eingang ist. Und das Beste? Der Laden ist seit Wochen geschlossen – ohne jeglichen Hinweis auf Google, in den sozialen Medien oder wenigstens einem Zettel vor Ort. Man muss ernsthaft erst Einheimische fragen, um herauszufinden, dass das Restaurant überhaupt nicht mehr geöffnet ist. Ich habe meine Zeit völlig sinnlos verschwendet und bin bei brütender Hitze durch die Gegend gelaufen – nur um vor verschlossenen Türen zu stehen. Wenn man nicht einmal grundlegende Informationen aktuell halten kann, sollte man vielleicht besser kein Geschäft betreiben. Eine komplette Zeitverschwendung.

Super friendly waiter, food were so good. The batagor was BOMB! Cendol was BOMB! Too bad we ordered too many and couldn’t finish them all. This was mine and my husband’s first time at Java Resto Cafe, and we absolutely loved it. The food was authentic, delicious, and very reasonably priced. The owner was incredibly friendly and spoke excellent English, which made the experience even more welcoming. It’s a lovely family run business that truly deserves support.
