Il Gatto e la Volpe is a small business dedicated to the preparation of traditional and innovative dishes. I have known the owners, Agostino and Dora for more than 15 years and I can say that the commitment in managing the business by linking it to quality and hygiene is highly respectable. An activity that will be able to satisfy curiosities about the traceability of what is administered and care in describing the presence of allergens, for many consumers essential information for what they will consume.
