Sehr freundlicher Empfang. Zimmer sind gross und sauber. Vom Hotel aus kann in wenigen Minuten ein breites Angebot von Restaurants zu Fuss erreicht werden. Das Meer ist sauber und der Strand gepflegt. Wir kommen gerne wieder in dieses Hotel.

I spent one night at the Iaki hotel, a nice place, very well positioned in the resort. Instead, the general feeling is of a 2-3 star hotel. The staff is very kind but the reception needs improvement (I'm not talking about the staff), the first impression is very important in a hotel and neither the entrance nor the reception leave a good impression. An unpleasant smell persisted throughout the hotel, you could feel it as soon as you entered. I've seen them try to cover the smell with air fresheners everywhere, but apparently without success. The Spa area is very ok and nice (the strong point of the hotel). Even if the pool is quite damaged (lining detached in many places and mold at the edge of the pool). The mats in the elevator, even if they are changed daily, it seems that they are not washed daily, or so it leaves the impression (they look quite dirty). Rich and tasty breakfast! Espresso coffee, a welcome bonus! I also had dinner at the hotel, quite high prices, good food but a canteen atmosphere. First of all, total silence (there was no music in the room). The lounge, the same as the breakfast room with all the cups, the glasses arranged for the 2nd day in the middle of the lounge. An atmosphere you only find in a self-service college canteen (some also have background music and a nicer atmosphere). Overall impression of a 3-star hotel. I think it needs some updating to bring the hotel back up to standard. Rooms: 3 Service: 5 Location: 5
