The service of the public catering establishment - wishes for the best. It should be noted that the institution is quite noisy. Among the pluses - a very cool children's room, but it is paid and the caretakers in the children's room are not very good. The staff at the cafe - well, they don't really improve. Sometimes you have to wait a very long time to order, or you have to go and pick up everything from the bar yourself (for example, drinks). Changing the administrator of the institution - so far does not give advantages... Rooms: 5 Service: 1 Location: 5

We sincerely thank you for the excellent service! The friendliness of the staff is simply amazing! It is nice when absolutely every employee you meet on the way greets you with a smile) The cleanliness of the rooms is excellent! Daily cleaning at a high level - even the glass shower walls, mirror and faucets are washed. Towels are fresh every day .The establishment is very client-oriented. In the last minutes before the bar closed, they made us tea and took us up to our room. And all this is as friendly as possible! Thank you for a pleasant vacation!
