To whom it may concern. I am writing to express my deep disappointment in the Hungry Lion fast food outlet I have frequented as a regular customer. During my recent visit, I was appalled by the standard of service. The staff were visibly fighting amongst each other, creating a chaotic atmosphere. Customers, including myself, were left waiting, and many walked out in frustration before being served. To see such unprofessional behavior in what used to be a reliable place was truly disheartening. I will not be visiting again. Don't go there if you want zamba swap. Bought bite 2 zamba, waited 20 minutes and went to check with the cashier why my order was taking longer than others. I only found out they're still making zamba and it'll take another 10 minutes. I took normal and left. Never again. I'll go to president hyper. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4
