Kleine Zimmer, ohne Zubehör zB Kühlschrank oder Kaffeemaschine. Zum Teil mürrisch Angestellte.

Sind mit Trendtours in diesem Hotel. War schon in schlechten Hotels, aber das hier ist das absolut schlechteste Hotel. Mickrigen Zimmer mit Minibad, alles kaputt. Abendessen ok. Frühstück Salami und Schinken, Käse, Schwarzbrot. Wenn es aus, gibt es das einfach nicht mehr. Es soll ein Familien Hotel sein, aber es kümmert sich keiner um Sauberkeit und Zustand im Hotel. Fazit, wirklich schlimm.

Nice hotel, rooms not exactly like in the photo, single beds pushed together to make a double bed, very uncomfortable...we woke up every morning with back pain. Daily cleaning needed to be taken care of a little more, even though they had seen that I had soiled the bed they didn't change the sheets...we slept for 5 nights with breakfast included; so-so value for money in the end it's a 3 star The staff were very kind and helpful, always smiling and ready to satisfy our needs. Small tip: lift too small, for example we who had a stroller found it difficult to enter. Speaking of strollers, some advice for those who may be in wheelchairs. There is NO descent or ramp to better access the exit and entrance, we are young and we still managed to maneuver down the stairs with the stroller but to anyone who has difficulties is a problem. A bit intrusive night porter, we are also on holiday to relax and there was this gentleman who every now and then (just as the baby fell asleep) came there to talk to us... Buffet breakfast not bad, all very good. Then I didn't understand why the reception is at Hotel Soave and instead when they take you to your room they make you leave the small garden and go to another entrance of the Hotel Miriam (they have two hotels but only one reception)... perhaps they still have to organize themselves well with the management of 2 hotels. All in all we had a good time, I repeat you are very kind and hospitable. Rooms: 3 Service: 4 Location: 5
