Chinese restaurant in line with Chinese flavors and dishes, not too oriented towards the search for Western customers, essential in the care of the premises and essentially focused on the quality-price ratio of the food. The order management is excellent with a digital menu that allows the customer to view the dish being ordered, the service is less optimal and can be defined as non-existent according to Western parameters, but I repeat the restaurant is focused on serving a purely oriental clientele with a good value for money, penalizing the service and environmental aspects. However, I am satisfied with the preparation of the food which I found to be good and well done. Basically, if you are looking for a place to spend an evening in company and delight yourself, you are not in the right place, while if you want to taste some real Chinese cuisine like in a good, informal family restaurant, then you have come to the right place. Torno sempre volentieri da Hong Ni, perché è il vero ristorante cinese dove i commensali sono al 90%cinesi. Dopo un certo panico per la carta del menu che non finisce mai, chiedo aiuto a Feng, figlio dei proprietari, che si dimostra un vero anfitrione. Mi sento come a casa di amici nell'ascoltare i suoi consigli, in base ai miei gusti, e nel notare con quanto entusiasmo ed enfasi parla di piatti ma anche di usi cinesi. Niente piatti stereotipati (involtini, zuppa cinese, maiale in agrodolce, ecc) ma piatti della vera tradizione. Dal piccante, al dolce al salato, tutto eccellente. Bravi. Ci vediamo presto
