If you feel hungry after visiting Museum of Innocence, have a meal at this restaurant. Turkish cuisine is what HODAN boasts. The cooks here prepare tasty octopus, menudo and entrecote. Do not leave without tasting good ice cream, halo-halo and tiramisu. It's a must when visiting this place to taste delicious wine.
The cosy atmosphere of this spot makes visitors feel relaxed and have a nice time. The cheerful staff works hard, stays positive and makes this place wonderful. Service at this restaurant is something one can call terrific. Here you will pay fair prices. Unfortunately, guests don't advise the downscale decor. But based on the users' feedback on Google, HODAN deserved 4.1.

Sehr zuvorkommender Service – die Speisen, die wir geteilt haben, wurden uns teilweise direkt auf die Teller aufgeteilt, und zu jedem Gang gab es frisches Geschirr. Das Essen war türkische Küche, aber modern und kreativ in Szene gesetzt. Insgesamt liegt das Restaurant preislich etwas höher, die Qualität der Gerichte rechtfertigt das aber vollkommen. Hodan is one of the promising new spots in Nişantaşı. We visited tonight, but unfortunately didn't end up having dinner—we just had a cocktail and left. To be fair, we did not have a reservation and asked if outdoor seating was available. The hostess kindly mentioned that due to a concert, some tables might free up early and that they would do their best to help us. We accepted the invitation and sat inside while waiting. However, after waiting for 50 minutes, a table finally cleared out, only for it to be given to another party. It would have been much better if they had been transparent from the beginning—for example, letting us know that another group was already prioritized ahead of us for any opening table. Transparency and reliability are essential elements of hospitality. When those fall short right at the start, it undermines the enjoyment of everything else. It was disappointing to leave on a negative note from a place whose menu I was genuinely eager to try. Following my initial experience, I was kindly invited back by Mr. Tayfun to give Hodan another try, and I am so glad we did. He and his team took exceptional care of us, completely turning our first impression around in a single evening. We had a fantastic dinner starting with cold appetizers, moving to warm starters and mains, and finishing with outstanding desserts. The kitchen takes a truly creative approach, pairing vegetables, meats, and fruits in unexpected ways. While the unconventional combinations might surprise some palettes, every bite delivers a remarkable sequence of flavors that blend together wonderfully. Everything was executed extremely well, but the pistachio ice cream was easily the highlight of the night. A sincere thank you to Mr. Tayfun and the entire team for their warm hospitality, genuine care, and for turning a rocky start into a truly memorable dining experience.
