I was very satisfied with my experience at Heef so far. However, the event I experienced today was extremely meaningless, we were told that the tables we wanted to sit in as 2 men were reserved and we were prevented from sitting. I didn't leave the place and we sat at a table inside. As I was suspicious of the situation, I called our female friend who would join us later and explained the situation. I asked him to go to the tables where we were not seated without stopping by us. My friend came and did what I said. The result was of course what I expected. Tables that we had not been seated before were available. Of course, I do not believe in the cancellation of the reservation. It was extremely disrespectful!
