I go to the Shell Roosevelt station to get some happy rolls ice cream unfortunately I come across an unprofessional person who gives me rotten pineapples in my ice cream tub. Frankly, I, who am a loyal customer of happy rolls, wonder where your notion of hygiene and verification of product quality has gone. Unfortunately I ate half the jar because the smell was beautiful and well camouflaged by the nutella topping!! So that in the end I end up with horrible, disgusting ice cream that stinks of expired and rotten pineapple!! It's very, very serious to give this to people and frankly if I get poisoned tomorrow I won't hesitate to file a complaint about this mediocre service.. at least think about the children who might eat this rotten ice cream!!
