Handa in the Paduan panorama is always a good choice, both for the offer and the format, but it certainly needs to be contextualized. Alas, there was a mix-up that can happen, but which I think should be followed with greater attention in the service. I made a reservation, and for some reason the reservation had not been marked by the staff. So after having sat inside to dine, as requested and confirmed when booking, and having drunk a bottle of wine we were asked to sit outside. The guys were kind and polite, but considering the mix-up, which was not caused by us, a little extra care is expected. Working in the sector, if something like this happened to me I would at least give a small discount on the final bill, or I would propose something to remedy the mix-up, given that we had to dine with cold feet and noses. It's certainly not a drama and we will return, but we were a little disappointed by the lack of care in the service and in remedying the mistake.
