Hacıoğlu Lahmacun Deneyimi (Gebze Center) Hacıoğlu Lahmacun Experience (Gebze Center) 1. Türkçe 2. English Gebze Center içindeki Hacıoğlu Lahmacun’u denedik. Yoğun saat olmalı ki yaklaşık 15 dakika bekleme süresi vardı. İki kişi olarak üçer adet lahmacun yedik; yanında salata ve kola geldi. Toplam 580 TL ödedik. Lahmacunlar et yoğunluğu açısından çok güçlü bir karakter vermese de, hamur ve malzeme tarafında az da olsa “bayat değil, özenli” hissini veriyor. Hamuru dengeli, yanık-acı değil; malzemeleri de taze ve düzgün işlenmiş sayılır. (Fırının gaz fırın olması bir dejavantaj olsa da avm için başka fırın türü düşünülemez.) Lahmacunun yanındaki salata taze, kola ise tam olması gerektiği gibi soğuk ve keyifliydi. Genel olarak; “alışveriş merkezi standardında” değerlendirdiğimizde ideal seviyede, hatta fiyat/performans olarak oldukça makul diyebilirim. Üstelik indirimli olması, burayı özellikle hızlı ve risksiz bir seçenek haline getiriyor. AVM içinde olmasına rağmen hızlı, temiz ve ortalama üstü bir lahmacun deneyimi 2) English We tried Hacıoğlu Lahmacun inside Gebze Center. It must have been a busy hour, because there was about a 15-minute waiting time. As two people, we ate three lahmacuns each; it was served with salad and cola. We paid 580 TL in total. Although the lahmacuns do not have a very strong “meat-forward” character, the dough and ingredients still give a sense of being fresh and carefully prepared rather than stale. The dough is well-balanced — not burnt or overly spicy — and the toppings are fairly fresh and nicely handled. (Even though a gas oven may be a disadvantage, in a shopping mall environment it’s hard to expect another type of oven.) The salad served on the side was fresh, and the cola was perfectly cold and enjoyable, just as it should be. Overall, when evaluated by shopping mall standards, it is at an ideal level — and I would even say it is quite reasonable in terms of price/performance. Moreover, the fact that it was discounted makes it an especially quick and low-risk option. A fast, clean, and above-average lahmacun experience, even though it’s inside a mall.
