Viele Gäste kommen hierher, um gut zubereitete Pasta zu genießen. Guter Kräuterlikör ist das, was euch in HOTEL MARRANI zurückkommen lassen kann. Dieses Lokal ist berühmt für schmackhaften Kaffee. Besucher finden Gelato an diesem Ort nicht besonders toll.

Das Hotel ist gut und sauber. Auch Hunde sind willkommen. Chef und Chefin sind super nett und das Personal ist aufmerksam und höflich . Parkplätze sind auch direkt am Haus .Gerne wieder.

Der Klositz war geklebt und ich war kurz vor Absturz beim Draufsitzen. Der Heizkörper im Bad war teilweise unrenoviert oder Lack abgebröselt. Der Fön im Bad war mit Gummiband zusammen gehalten! Die Dusche funktionierte aber war schon modrig. Die Nachttischlampe war auch zu 25 % abgebröselt. Es war kalt und heizen nicht möglich. Die Preise für Getränke mit 3 € für 1 Flasche Wasser und 5 € für Glas Weißwein für die abgelegene Gegend schon beachtlich. Essen, Zimmer und Ausstattung sonst auf 2-Sterneniveau. Publikum; Busse und Schulklassen. Familienbetrieb, durchorganisiert aber erfolgsorientiert. Die Landschaft verdient absolut einen Besuch!

We stayed at the hotel for 10 days in a 4-bed room located in the main hotel building. For 6 of those days, we also had dinner at the hotel. Overall, the hotel appears very worn and untidy. The reception area and bar are cluttered and not inviting for relaxing or socializing. The rooms are very basic and run-down, and the shower door had fallen off. The rooms get very hot during the day. The beds are hard, and the cleaning is not thorough. The pool area is quite nice, and there is also a small bar by the pool where you can get lunch for 6 EUR. The hotel restaurant is closed at lunchtime. If you want to use the sunbeds by the pool, it costs 2 EUR per bed. The pool area is not reserved for hotel guests, as locals can also buy access. Please note that the tennis court, which is mentioned in brochures and online, was removed several years ago. Breakfast is of very inconsistent quality and really quite boring. You can choose between toast and croissants. There is also sliced cheese and a bit of cold cuts, which are not kept chilled in the buffet. There are also small yogurts and some cakes. We found the breakfast very disappointing. Juice and coffee/tea are also available. Dinner also varies in quality. First of all, be aware that a three-course meal costs 15 EUR if you choose half-board. Otherwise, it costs 25 EUR per day. The meal always starts with a different pasta dish, which is usually very tasty. This is typically followed by a meat dish, which can be either good or poor. One evening we had chicken that was so dry it was inedible. For dessert, there is cake, and children can choose an ice cream from the bar if they don’t want cake. The staff are very friendly and kind, but not all of them speak English. The hotel is also located about half an hour from the motorway, and approximately 1.5 hours from Bologna, 2 hours from Pisa, and 1.5 hours from Florence. We will not be returning to Hotel Marrani.
