This hotel took my money twice and refused to refund me. I wouldn’t touch it with a barge pole. I tried to book a room online only to get an error message stating my payment had been declined, followed by an email telling me my reservation was cancelled due to declined payment. I tried a second time, only to have the same experience. I emailed the hotel and asked if there was another way to book. They responded to say they would book a room and email me a link for payment. This never happened so I gave up, and asked for my reservation request to be cancelled which they emailed me and confirmed the cancellation. I booked the Gudauri Lodge next door (recommended). To my astonishment, I then found my credit card had magically been charged for both bookings. The hotel refused to refund me but fortunately Barclaycard immediately refunded my credit card. Stay away from these crooks. Service: 1

The location is absolutely mesmerizing to look at with snow clad mountains and stunning sunsets. The hotel is definitely not a 5* property and can be considered 3*. The rooms are really really tiny and there is absolutely no space to move around so I decided to move to Marco Polo (for 2 nights) after spending one night at Gudauri Loft. Food is good but stay is not recommended Service: 3

This 5 star resort in gudauri is a hotel and also a ski resort. This property is ideally located and neat and clean. The rooms are good have 3 bed and 4 bed (2 adjoining room) configurations for small and bigger families. There is a lovely restaurant with great views of snow capped mountains and lovely continental breakfast. They also have a bar, spa, dry and wet sauna, heated swimming pool etc. Service: 4
