Essen war wie gewohnt super. Kellnerin war überaus nett, mein slowenisch war schlechter als ihr deutsch und somit haben wir uns auf Englisch unterhalten. Kann das Lokal nur weiterempfehlen! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4 Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: €15–20

I ate pleskavica sa kajmakom here before and it was amazing. Yesterday i was at Gril Ranca , Mercator Center and i have ordered Sudžukice u lepinji and Šopska salata. It was dry and sausages were rubbery to that point that i have lost my appetite. I have complained to the waitress, who was nice. I told her i wouldnt charge something this distasteful to my customers and suggested that chef tries it and let them decide it they will charge it or not. She came back with a bill without sausages on. Left the tip and went on my way. Later i came back with friends at the same restaurant for a beer ( no food!) and a stuck up waiter said that the boss told him not to serve us because apperently i did not pay the whole bill. I went in and asked where is the boss so Id suggest him to keep his food fresh in order for customers to not complain. So chef started to bark at me with his broken ego on how i refused to pay the bill. Restaurants like this should be closed down!
