Dear Mr. Wehner, In response to your review I would like to share with the readers the reasons why we could not assume liability on these matter. As you have noticed at the departure time, we do check the status of the car directly with the guests to grant that the car was taken care while recovered by our valet service. At your depature time, no damages neither paint marks where reported from your side to the hotel personnel; only after a week from your departure we did receive your complaint and report of paint marks on your car. Even though several days were passed since your departures, we did check in detailes with the garage any possible failure in the service or particular situation that could have caused paint marks. Once we shared diretly with you the outcome of our investigation that did not produce any result, there were a reply from your side informing us that you would have posted a negative feedback on our social channels.
