Super Lokal. Exzellente Küche. Service (jüngerer Kellner) freundlich, kompetent. Preis/Leistung top. Nur Ambiente (alles ganz neu) etwas kahl (Vorhänge, Bilder und botanische Eyecather würden auch den Hall im Lokal dämpfen). Aber trotzdem ein sehr gutes Lokal - nur zum weiterempfehlen. An ambitious, modern take on traditional slovenian home food for an affordable price. Very surprising to find this hidden gem outside of Celje. A must try are the smoked ricotta, the cold roast with cucumber and dill, and the wonderfully warm umami hug by the mushroom-bean dish. The sourdough bread was heaven, too. Technically some details in a few dishes need to be refined, and the service is not fully routined yet, but time will solve that for sure. The Slovenian founders are in it with the heart, and that’s the most important part that comes across. Imagine- the cucumbers came from their own garden. Completely worth the detour from the highway!
