Very poor service.. no fulfillment to their order with total ignorance from the shop for hours... and no customer care to deal with.. totally disappointing

I ordered a salad (marine) it was so soggy and full of water. Ingredients were missing. Really not worth the money

I found a string in my Greek salad yesterday day. I went back on the spot and heard dumb excuses from the guy in the tagamo3 branch. He was all alone. He does salads and any other activity. So I decided to walk in the kitchen which I did and I freaked from the dirtiest kitchen ever. I took pics that I will upload. I was a regular client but for the past 2 weeks I noticed a clear downfall in quality, delivery takes up to 2 hours at times and salad not fresh anymore. Actually yesterday was my last attempt and it failed. But the kitchen is beyond. The concept of promoting salads and healthy food coming from a filthy kitchen is a joke. When I took the pics the guy was taken off guard but when I tried to take closer pics of the preparation table where my salad has been made he asked me to leave. Needless to say it was disgusting. I really expect the owners to contact me and take a statement.
