I am not happy with the service and incompetence of Nando's Groblersdal. On the 14/03/2025 I called in and spoke to Jeannette to reserve space for 30 people for the next day the 15/03/2025 at 2pm for lunch meeting who mentioned that she will pass on the message to the manager Alleta who will be working on that day and I further went to the store that very same afternoon to confirm the reservation in person, I found Alleta the manager that very same afternoon to confirm my reservation in person. She said to me "you can come and we will accommodate all 30 of you". Come the 15/03/2025 Saturday we arrive in the restaurant all 30 of us, with no reservation done for us. The said manager denies that I came to confirm the booking and with attitude and being rude she mentions how busy they are and doesn't even bother to give us attention or atleast come out with better solutions to accommodate us but instead she tells us to wait till everyone is done eating so she can see if she can accommodate all 30 of us. We patiently waited but without attendance we then decided on an alternative move. The managerial service to me is very poor and I'm disappointed because we have been treated unprofessionally as customers. For a regular customer at Nandos Groblersdal I'm totally not happy. I hope you do better next time because clearly there is something you doing wrong. Luckily Wimpy Groblersdal came to our rescue and we spend R2000.00 there, which is what we wanted to spend at Nandos for the second time this year. Service: 1

Thanks for reporting back although we are not fired up to hear about this. We can, and will do better.
