I was asked to go to El Gusto by some of my followers. Some will be here next year. I went there three times to try different things off the menu. I have to say I usually avoid restaurants by the beach but as requested as a couple we went there and ordered separate things to try as many items as possible. We went there three times and all of the meals were absolutely fantastic. We had the calamarix 2 seafood skewers, pizza x2, T bone steak, Spicy beef sausage. Neither of us eat pork and there is a lot of it on the menu but I saw people around us enjoying it. We have been to other places but we want to go back again before we leave to try the rest of the Pizzas available. I will be tempted to have the Tbone again as it ranks near the top of the best I have eaten. It could do with some garlic butter to finish it off though. The service differed and mostly was good. As some have said the odd one or two could do with some customer service training to make you feel welcome and attented to. Not sure why they ask at the beginning whether you are paying by card or cash as it shouldn't make a difference. I have always paid by cash but as the holiday is coming to an end I wonder what happens if I pay by card. I will of course update as we both want to go back. All in all I highly recommend this place for quality of food and value for money. Price per person: €15–20 Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
