I set myself a challenge to try the best pizzas in the country as published in the Haaretz news paper.My first stop was Furmans, and it is quit an irregular pizza place and it finds a way to differentiate themselves from all the other pizzas in the area by using a unique dow the reminds me more of a Jebeta dow in a brick oven with all it's crispness then a pizza dow and has a unique kosher menu with smokey Mozzarella for example which was great!Also they have a tasty desert menu of Knafe (a hairy traditional mediterranean desert with cheese) with ice cream or chocolate which is a refreshing thing to see.If you want something different then a dow, tomato sauce and cheese. This is the place for you.Interesting, deferent and most importantly - Tasty!Beware, Higher price then boring pizza, but not higher or much higher then dominos.
