Their oysters are my favourite. They know I head there every month in my Luteal Phase Let's not forget their service. Hundred percent satisfying. It's cozy spot and warm with their heaters. Their food is always freshly prepared. Thank you Meal type: Dinner Price per person: R 900–1,000

Had a 12:00 reservation for Father's day but when my dad and I arrived, we were seated in the overflow area which was freezing cold with one heater which made no difference, and had an awful view of construction. The waiters were extremely unhelpful and said all other tables were reserved. When I saw my dad physically shaking from the cold, I decided to leave leave - and we were stopped and promptly seated inside the main area. When I enquired about all empty tables in the main area, I was informed they were reserved for guests arriving at 2:30pm! Even though the food itself was pretty decent, I actually have nothing good to say about the experience. Why were we pushed into the overflow area when we had booked? Does this business have no concept of how to turn tables between 12 and 2:30pm? Most importantly, clearly this business have no care for senior elderly customers. Is it acceptable to watch an elderly man shaking from cold and do nothing? I'm disgusted every day I think back on this. Clearly reservations get you nothing. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: R 400–500
