I've always ordered food from Fishaways, both telephonically and in-store, and the portions have always been consistent regardless of how I placed my order. However, recently, on two separate occasions, I ordered telephonically and noticed a significant difference in portion sizes. When my order was delivered, I could immediately feel how light the box was. The rice portion looked as though only a single scoop had been served. This time around, I was also given very few chips. Considering that this meal costs R150, I found this quite disappointing. Customers should receive the same quality and portion sizes regardless of whether they order in-store or over the phone.

Just after my order, I was told there are no plates to serve on so I had to lay my food flat on the table.

I took a 16 piece sushi. The sushi looked like a 2 year old made it and it tasted very soggy and very strange! Also just fell apart. Was not worth the R240! If anything, not worth R50. The sushi was barely anything. A real rip off and Beyond disgusted with your food!!!! I Will not be a returning customer and I highly recommend anyone that reads this will stay well clear of this fishaways Rustenburg Square! Price per person: R 200–300 Food: 1
