Food is acceptable. Used to be much better, but there is an older man as a waiter (shaved head) that makes the experience very unenjoyable. We went for dinner there a few months back and this man was extremely rude to my female colleague. She does not speak good Dutch so she felt more comfortable to speak English to him and his reaction was: In Belgium we speak Dutch in a very arrogant tone... My colleague was very upset and because of this she will never come back to this restaurant. Two weeks ago i went back with some friends and we were 8 people in total. The first thing this man said to us was that we are not allowed to take more than 2 different main dishes in a very arrogant way between 8 people in total... I told the waiter that we are 8 in total so we would like to have more than two choices. He very arrogantly responded that if i continue we can have only 1.... This waiter's behaviour and way of talking to customers is frankly unacceptable. If I was the owner of this restaurant, this man would be out of the door very fast. Spent a super nice evening in Ferrier 30. Excellent service. The menu is in Dutch and Italian, which is useful if you are out and about with an Italian manufacturer. Extensive menu, plenty of options for vegetarians and meat or fish eaters. Varied wine list in every price range. You also have the option to order a nice wine by the glass. Highly recommended on all levels.
