My Fiance and I stayed in Rome for 4 days and literally came to this restaurant everyday for coffee, for a snack and for dinners. The best atmosphere, customer service and the food is absolutely phenomenal. Grateful to have found this gem and I would recommended it to everyone! Praticamente vi abbiamo adottato per quattro giorni, e non c'è gioia più grande di sapere che la nostra formula – dal caffè del mattino alla cena – vi ha conquistato ogni singola volta. Sentire che il cibo è stato fenomenale e il servizio impeccabile ci dà la carica per accogliere al meglio tutti i viaggiatori che passano da Piazza di Villa Carpegna. Vi consideriamo ufficialmente parte della famiglia del Fermento! Un grande abbraccio a te e al tuo fidanzato, vi aspettiamo a braccia aperte per il vostro prossimo soggiorno romano. A presto!

Sapere che la pasta al tonno dello chef Marco sarebbe il suo "ultimo pasto" ideale ci riempie di orgoglio, così come i complimenti per le guance di manzo e per l'accoglienza di Andrew.Il suo invito ad aprire nel Regno Unito ci fa sognare in grande! Per ora la aspettiamo a braccia aperte qui a Roma per il suo prossimo viaggio.Grazie di cuore da tutto lo staff.

Che splendida ventata di entusiasmo.Non importa se non ricorda i nomi, quello che conta è il ricordo dell'accoglienza che le hanno lasciato!
