I ate at Jilled and Burgers today, and it was absolutely amazing! The food was incredible—everything was fresh, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming, making the experience even better. A special shoutout to the person who took care of us—he was a young student and one of the nicest servers I’ve ever had. He was attentive, polite, and made sure everything was perfect for us. It’s clear he takes pride in his work! I can’t recommend this place enough. I’ll definitely be coming back soon. If you’re looking for a delicious meal and great service, Jilled and Burgers is the spot! I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. In a group of six, I was the only one who had to wait an extra 20 minutes for my meal, even though we all ordered the same dish. On top of that, they brought me the wrong order, which meant waiting another 10 minutes to fix the mistake. The staff seemed uninterested and unhelpful, despite the restaurant being only half-full. I recently visited Restaurant Jilles Beer & Burger (place Jourdan Brussels), and despite the food being very good, I must say that my overall experience was rather disappointing. Therefore, I'm giving this establishment only three stars. One of the main issues was the lack of staff. No one to greet us nor at the bar counter when we arrived. We quickly placed our order and noticed that there was one waitress handling an entire, notably large, dining area. It's clear that one person alone cannot effectively manage such a workload. The drinks arrived only after the food, and only after asking multiple times. Even though the waitress was extremely kind and apologized for the delays, it was evident that she was visibly fatigued, as she kept rushing from one table to another to fulfill all requests. The situation became even more apparent when, seated at the table next to ours, two customers decided to leave before ordering, presumably because they realized they wouldn't be served promptly enough for their business lunch. It's important to emphasize that this wasn't my first negative experience here. Last week, during an evening visit, I waited for ten minutes without any assistance before deciding to leave. In conclusion, if this restaurant were to increase its staff, it would definitely be a perfect place. However, under the current conditions, I cannot guarantee that I will return. I hope that management takes these criticisms into consideration to improve the service and make the customer experience more enjoyable and satisfying. Meal type: Lunch
