Service below all criticism! You arrive at the restaurant with two children on the autistic spectrum who require dining chairs. This time I didn't specify in the order that it was necessary because even when I specify, they don't treat it! We arrived at the restaurant and there was only one chair, their answer was there are only 6 chairs!!! And it makes sense for such a small amount of chairs for such a large restaurant!!! I looked inside myself and only one child seat was in use!!!!! We waited 25 minutes until that chair became available! Yesterday towards evening we dined at Ma'adat Papi for the first time and encountered an unpleasant incident that I would like to share with the readers. A waiter arrived and brought 2 tablets. He opened the tablet and handed it to us to order. The businesses in the place are intended only for patrons who arrive during the afternoon hours. We ordered 5 starters on the assumption that the dishes are not expensive and so we tasted a number of flavors. The service was courteous and the food was delicious. Upon receiving the bill, I was amazed to read that the charge was double, I had to pay NIS 306 instead of NIS 150. I called the waiter and asked what the difference in prices was and it turns out that they opened the first courses in business and not in the evening menu. I asked for the AHMS to come, and by the way, he opened the tablet and handed it to us in order to place an order. I explained to him that I had seen completely different prices. The cashier brought a tablet and showed me that the prices on the receipt correspond to the prices on the menu. I remembered that in the first menu a certain dish whose name I remembered was in the first place on the menu and on the tablet that the AHMS brings it the dish is approximately in the center of the menu and the explanation he gave "that in every tablet the dish is in a different place" I was amazed by the answer and asked to see another tablet and here in the dish it is in the same place and not at the top of the menu as it was At first . It seemed strange to me and then it turned out after my inquiry that the AHM opened, probably by mistake, the business menu. I must point out that in the upper part there is a line that explains that it is the price of a business, but the line is in small letters and we immediately looked at the distortion to know that it was a business. The AHM offered to give us 15% but I claimed that the mistake was his when he showed me a business menu and to be precise I also had a problem that I didn't notice the line at the top of the tablet screen. After about a quarter of an hour the AHMS "does me a favor" and says tell me how much you want to pay and you will pay that. I'm not a child and I've never had such an experience, so I calculated the difference between the regular price and the business price and the Ezekiel price and divided the difference by 2. Whenever I pay more and the restaurant gets less, that means everyone will pay equally for the mistake. And that's how I paid when I added the price of the mistake that started with the menu that was not pleasant to show me. In conclusion, the service was courteous, the food was delicious, but the chorizos portion was far from what I thought it was, it's just a shame that everything was ruined because of the deception that the AHMS did not agree to accept even though he opened the tablet and took it because they claimed that we didn't need it. I forgot to add after he explained to me that in every tablet the portion is elsewhere I asked so why the prices do not match? And only then it turns out that he showed me another menu at the prices I mentioned to him and that the dish I mentioned was indeed the first one on the menu as I claimed including the prices.
