Dear Mr. Chris Carey, We're really sorry for the inconvenience. As we said on the calls, it was the couriers' fault, as he didn't drop the food at the reception. We also called the Hotel to make sure it was delivered, but they also said he entered the Hotel, and then just went away again. We made once more your food despite it not being our fault. We firstly didn't answer at the calls because, as I said, we were speaking to Just Eat and the Hotel receptionist. We really hope that despite of this inconvenience, the food was good, and that we can make it up for the future, if you just could give us another chance.. Cordially, The team of Gaki - Trieste.
