Not impressed with their Whats-app service, why must it take over 2 hours just to be helped in placing an order? This inconvenience is incredibly annoying. Dis-chem should take not from other online companies that allocate times for orders and give apologies for any delays.

You get the best service from the pharmacy, with advice on alternative medicine in case your medical aid doesn't cover the original as recommended by your doctor. I recommend Dis-Chem Mall@55 to those around the area.

The girls at the till are unmotivated and rude. One was motivated to mess up my day. I just ignored her and she kept on with her bad attitude. Fix your employees. The place is also not as clean as other dischem outlets
