This review is to compliment Guardian Madala the security who was on duty the morning of Sunday 13th October. I was going to fetch a trolley and he went ahead of me to pull one out for me, he wiped the handle and was just overall so pleasant and friendly and helpful. This level of customer service definitely is not the norm these days, hence why I believe he deserves a 5 star review. We should have more people like him.

Was bit uncomfortable at the till point when they tried to convince me to buy their promo stuff , even when I told them that I don’t want them they insisted. I think about till point situation all the time I have to buy at Dis-chem

Great service and attentive and friendly staff. Pharmacy dispensary section wait can be a bit long sometimes while the self medication section is completely empty but you cannot go there for your script, maybe allow people to line up at self medication section if dispensary line is full. There needs to be more clear and consistent communication on repeat scripts or loaded scripts. You’ll be loaded for a repeat script but when you come back for the repeat of the script they’ll tell you your script expired or even if you don’t have a repeat script but were prescribed pills that would last a year and the pharmacist advises you take enough for 2 months( because of expiration dates or them not having enough stock to accommodate the script) to return once those pills are finished and they say they’ll load your script and set it up as repeats you come back after those 2 months as advised and now you are told the script is expired. You now have to go pay doctor consultation money for you to get a new script this is very frustrating and a waste of money so please stop offering this option or doing this option if you are unable to accommodate it correctly, no one should be going for multiple consultations for the same script because of admin deficiencies.
